Over the last year, the members of the New Forest Quilt Group have been ‘beavering away’ making a range of fabulous quilted craft goods to sell and raise money for charity.

Jenny explained that

“Our group is based in New Milton and in normal times we meet every month to swap ideas, share materials and demonstrate new projects in a ‘show and tell’ session. During the COVID pandemic, we have kept up our work for a number of local charities. It’s fun for our members and we enjoy raising funds through donations, raffles and craft material sales to help others”.

In addition to their cash donation, Jenny and Denise Mangles (NFQG Treasurer) brought some extra crafty items for us to sell in the hospital foyer.
