We need your help
Lymington Hospital Friends are seeking your help to raise £120,000 to buy three additional guided colonoscopes for the hospitals busy Endoscopy Department.
Please donate
Part of Lymington’s growing Community Diagnostic Centre, the endoscopy team treats over 300 patients each month and are looking to extend this service to more local people.
Chris Roseveare (Consultant Physician, Southern Health Foundation Trust) explained:
“We need to purchase additional guided colonoscopes to enable the hospital to operate a second treatment room and to improve the experience for patients.
This new equipment is more efficient and will enable Lymington’s highly qualified staff to carry out even more procedures and make their diagnoses more efficiently. Another major benefit is that this will improve patient comfort and recovery times”.
Mike Hodges (Joint Chair and Trustee, Lymington Hospital Friends) added:
“The Friends value your support to help us raise funds to enable the hospital to continue to treat more patients and to improve patient care.
Lymington Hospital Friends are dedicated to helping your local hospital develop patient care facilities. Your donations are vital to our work to add facilities over and above what the NHS can fund and provide.
